What is a Thriving Team?
A thriving team is an active collaborative leadership model where each individual plays a critical and unique role in contributing toward a shared vision of the whole. A thriving team values the uniqueness of each individual and the collective movement toward a goal.
There is no one size fits all to what makes an effective collaborative group. Through experiential learning, we partner together to look at group formation and cohesion, self-awareness and self-management, team dynamics, communication, and intersectionality, and design a program that is both relevant to your team, purpose, & vision, and is easily applicable and transferable long after the program “ends.”
Through participation people experience successes, challenges, failures, solutions, risk and collaboration, and walk away with an experiential knowing of what it takes to learn, grow, and participate in a thriving team.

Choose your own adventure. We’ll schedule a discovery call to get a sense of what the group is looking to develop skills in, and design a program that fits the unique needs of your team. Together we’ll create an opportunity for your team to see how they currently work together and how to make small, meaningful steps toward a more effective and satisfying way of collaborating.
What is the process like for getting started?
Schedule a discovery call to look at how we can best serve your team. From there we can look at the results you’d love to get out of working together and schedule your program. As the lead you can choose to be as involved in the program design and implementation as you’d like.
